Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan
As part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), the Government Polytechnic Doyang, Wokha, organized a pledge-taking ceremony to reaffirm its commitment towards building a drug-free society. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both faculty members and students.
During the program, the pledge was administered, urging everyone to stay away from drugs and to actively contribute in spreading awareness about the ill effects of substance abuse. The participants vowed to work collectively towards eradicating drug menace from the community and to promote healthy lifestyles among the youth.
This initiative reflects the institution’s dedication towards the nationwide movement led by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, to create a “Nasha Mukt Bharat”.
