GPDW Fusion Winter Fest 2025
“Government Polytechnic Doyang Wokha Fusion Winter Fest 2025” was conducted on February 13th & 14th. The students along with teaching faculty were divided into three equal groups i.e., Falcon, Pheonix & Fox. Day 1 commenced with several events such as other colourful competitions such as face painting, fashion design and Quiz competition with different themes as well as some Indoor sport events. On Day 2 -14/2/2025 outdoor sport events were organized. Student advisors Er. Imlong Chaba & Ar. Katila Jamir were the overall in charge for these two-day events.
The winning team after tallying all the events was declared on the evening of 14/2/2024 with a small prize distribution ceremony. Team Fox with Sir Visakhouto as the team Mentor emerged as the overall winner.
Over the two-day events of brains and physical challenges, a number of talents uncovered and overall, a successful event with no injuries and enthusiastic involvement from all participants including the teaching faculties. We hope that everyone dispersed with the hope that the next event will be as challenging if not better, providing the students a chance to display their talents and giving them a break from their regular class activities.
